IELTS Registration/Policy

1    1. IELTS TEST REGISTRATION

• Please fill in the completed Application Form, including your signature (on page 4). You can take the IELTS Form at WLC or you can download at:http://www.ielts.org/pdf/IELTS_Application_Form.pdf

• Submit 2 (two) Passport-size (4×6) colour photos (without glasses) with a white or blue background

• Submit a copy of your ID (passport/KTP)

• Payment Receipt (IELTS application fee), including the administration fee (IDR 30,000).

• All the completed documents including the payment must be sent to the above address at least 2 (two) days after the registration.

2. IELTS TEST PAYMENT

• The test fee: USD 195

• You can pay by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) or direct deposit to the following account:

3. IMPORTANT NOTES

B               Before registration, please call WLC for:

• Confirmation of seat availability and IELTS Test dates.

• The daily rate if you want to pay in IDR.

• To confirm your name, contact number, date and module of the test.
• After registration, please send your Payment Receipt and completed documents.

4. IELTS TEST DAY

• The IELTS Test Takers must arrive in WLC at 8am

• Please bring your ORIGINAL ID (KTP) or PASSPORT. The IELTS Test Takers are not allowed to use photocopy ID (KTP) or Passport.

• On the test day the candidates will get their photo taken and finger scanned at WLC, the test venue.

• Please bring your own stationery (Pencil (2B), pen and eraser.

• The schedule of the speaking test will be announced on the test date. Please come 30 minutes before the scheduled time.

• The IELTS Test Result will be released 13 (thirteen) days after the test.

• WLC does not facilitate any questions about the IELTS Result.
